IFMA OUTLOOK 2024 – NAVIGATORS 2023

At our 2023 Navigators conference, Charlie McConnell, IFMA’s Sr. Director of Insights & Best Practices, shared foodservice industry projections for 2024 with sales and finance leaders from Kellanova, Conagra Brands, Aspire Bakeries, Smithfield Foods, The J.M. Smucker Co., Tyson Foods and Saralee Bakery Group.

“We’re not inventing the iPhone. We’re not going out there and coming up with a brand new way of doing things. The only thing that’s caused massive shifts in our industry is a thing called a global pandemic. Essentially what’s happening is we’re going back to the growth rates that we’re most accustomed to, which is flat to 1%.”
