Our Co-Founder and long-standing President, Mary Wilson, has taken on a role as Group Leader within Cultura Technologies.
The Group Leader role is a key leadership role at Cultura, as it involves guiding, supporting, and coaching General Managers within the Cultura collaborative of companies to help them achieve their strategic goals, develop talent, meet industry and customer needs, and drive growth.
Mary Wilson has led Tibersoft for over 25 years, transforming it from a startup to a leading technology company in the foodservice manufacturing sector. In her role at Cultura Technologies, she will mentor future leaders while continuing to oversee Tibersoft, as well as ExtendAg, a portfolio company in the agriculture industry.
“I’m incredibly excited to step into this new role as Group Leader where I have the opportunity to help shape the future of Cultura companies by empowering and developing the next generation of leaders. It’s a privilege to support their growth, foster innovation, and contribute to the continued success of our businesses,” shared Mary.
With Mary stepping into her role as Group Leader, we’re excited to share that Chris Hart, our VP of Research & Development, has been promoted to President.
“I couldn’t be more confident in Chris’ ability to lead Tibersoft into its next chapter. Having worked alongside him for over two decades, I’ve seen firsthand his dedication, vision, and passion for the foodservice industry. Chris’s promotion is well-earned, and I know he will continue to drive Tibersoft’s success and make an even greater impact on the industry,” shared Mary.
Chris has been a key figure at Tibersoft since 1998, playing a vital role in transforming the company from a small startup to an industry leader alongside Mary, thanks to his unique blend of product innovation, foodservice expertise, and a passion for solving complex challenges.
Chris’s journey in the foodservice industry began with his very first job working in fine dining restaurant kitchens. From those early days, his dedication and enthusiasm for the industry have only grown, driving his work at Tibersoft for over two decades.
“Foodservice has been part of my life since day one. It’s this industry that ignited my passion for problem-solving and innovation,” Chris shared. “I’ve had the privilege of watching it evolve and playing a part in driving that transformation. I’m honored to continue contributing to an industry and company I’m so passionate about.”
Chris’s deep understanding of the foodservice supply chain, combined with his expertise in product vision and technology, has led to the development of groundbreaking solutions tailored to the industry’s needs. Under his technology leadership, Tibersoft has delivered products that help businesses navigate the complexities of the modern foodservice landscape. Looking ahead to his new role as President, Chris is excited about the future:
